Dear Reader, this exclusive notes are prepared based on the State Board of Technical Education (SBTE) syllabus for polytechnic students. In this exclusive notes I completely explained about the concept of  Interrupts in Computer Organization & Architecture. The concept of Interrupts are explained based on the diagram and examples for your better understanding. Types of Interrupts are also explained in details separately with the help of diagrams. 

                                                      Types of Interrupts are Hardware Interrupt, Software Interrupt, Maskable Interrupt & Non-Maskable Interrupt. The concept of Input & Output Subsystem are also explained based on the diagram. How to access Input & Output devices are also explained in point-wise with the help of diagram. The concept of DMA (Direct Memory Access) are explained in details with diagrams in point-wise for your better understanding. How DMA controller working in computer are also discussed in this lecture. Types of DMA transfer are explained in point-wise based on diagrams. There are two Type of DMA transfer are discussed here such as DMA Transfer Block & Cycle Stealing. Finally, I clearly explained about the concept of DMA controller in a computer system with the help of circuit diagram.
