Dear Reader, this exclusive notes are prepared based on the State Board of Technical Education (SBTE) syllabus for polytechnic students. In this notes I explained about the concept of Scheduler & Scheduler Criteria. These concepts are explained in simple way with the help of point. The CPU Scheduling Algorithms are explained clearly and show the Types of CPU Scheduling Algorithm. The Types of Scheduling Algorithms are Preemptive & Non-Preemptive. These concepts are explained clearly in point-wise manner. Priority Allocation in Operating System are also covered in this lecture for your reference. Finally, I explained about the Process Control Box (PCB) briefly in point-wise.
